Instructions

Please keep the following documents and information ready before filling out the application form:

  1. PUC II Year Marks Card
  2. Student’s Selfie/Photograph
  3. CET/NEET Rank Sheet
  4. Latest Electricity Bill
  5. Dwelling Unit Photo (Photo of the student with family members in front of the house)
  6. Ration Card (Both sides)
  7. Income Certificate
  8. Short Video of the House: Please record a short video of your house, starting from the outside and moving inside. The video should cover all rooms, including the kitchen, and must be recorded in landscape mode.
  9. Request Letter for financial assistance addressed to Vidya Poshak (Handwritten)
Eligibility Criteria
  • The student should have appeared for the PUC II examination for the first time in 2026
  • Must be aspiring to join a Medical or Engineering course
  • This application is only for students from Karnataka
  • Should have scored 80% and above in the PUC II examination
  • For Engineering aspirants: Should have secured a CET rank below 25,000
  • For Medical aspirants: Should have secured a NEET Karnataka rank below 3,000 and All India rank below 60,000
  • The total family income should be less than ₹15,000/- per month
  • Parents must be residents of Karnataka
